Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 kgs chicken


  • 1 cups thick curd


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp fried onion


  • 15 nos cashew nuts(grinded to paste with 1/4a cup milk)


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds(dry roasted and crushed)


  • 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1 piece coal

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mix cover and keep aside for 1 hour (leave the oil & fresh coriander).
  • Heat oil add the marinated chicken cook on high flame for 1 minute, wait for a boil on high flame then cook on medium flame covered till the oil comes on surface.
  • Now add the fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Heat the coal.
  • Place a foil in the middle of the chicken and keep the hot coal into the foil, now put oil 1/2 tsp into the coal, cover till the smoke settles.
  • Serve hot with paratha or puri..!!
