15 nos cashew nuts(grinded to paste with 1/4a cup milk)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp coriander seeds(dry roasted and crushed)
3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1/2 cups oil
1 piece coal
Directions
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mix cover and keep aside for 1 hour (leave the oil & fresh coriander).
Heat oil add the marinated chicken cook on high flame for 1 minute, wait for a boil on high flame then cook on medium flame covered till the oil comes on surface.
Now add the fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
Heat the coal.
Place a foil in the middle of the chicken and keep the hot coal into the foil, now put oil 1/2 tsp into the coal, cover till the smoke settles.
